EnSIGHT is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing family! Come join us as we offer our customers more than 100 years of combined experience in the food processing industry. We are passionate about working closely with our customers, and engineering the most creative solutions to meet their particular food industry equipment needs.

Our CSR is an integral part of the team, coordinating customer activities and following up on leads for potential new customers. As part of a hard-working team, our CSRs consult and coordinate with sales, design, shipping and administrative staff to provide workable delivery dates to our customers.  

Dependability is key the successful candidate will be able to be relied on for good attendance and solid work. The most effective members of our team do everything they do with a high level of honesty and integrity while continuously focusing on quality of work and process improvement.  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide a positive first impression to all visitors entering the Ensight facility.
  • Enter new purchase orders and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Review completed purchase orders to ensure they are free from errors/omissions
  • Make sure engineering is aware of any changes in POs. Collaborate with shipping to make sure they are aware of any changes in schedule.
  • Work with accounting to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • May be asked to perform other duties as needed.

  • Our main qualification is a team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job done with a positive attitude!
  • At least 2 years of administrative sales experience.
  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED. Some college is definitely preferred.
  • Ability to successfully problem-solve and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook is required for this role.
  • At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
  • Knowledge of and ability to follow basic safety practices.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical actions such as squatting, reaching, standing for long periods of time, and lifting and carrying products.
  • Must be able to interact professionally, appropriately, and courteously with customers, co-workers and other outside parties.
